Our classes welcome everyone, regardless of fitness level, or yoga experience.  Your teacher will help you to take your practice where you’d like to go.  Please talk with us if you have any questions, or physical limitations, and we will recommend a class for you.  Please remember, it’s YOUR practice — your best teacher resides within you.  We ask you to listen to your body and adjust your practice to fit your needs.

GENTLE YOGA

This class is for you:

“I am just getting started in yoga and I want more instructions. I’ve been doing yoga for a while and I want to return to the basics and go deeper in to my breathing practice.”

In Gentle Yoga you will move slowly from one yoga pose to another.

All classes start with meditation and end in relaxation.

SLOW FLOW YOGA

This Class is for you:

“I Enjoy Vinyasa Flow Classes but I want to move slower and have more time in each posture.”

Based on Vinyasa Flow Classes, Slow Flow take Vinyasa to another level, slowing down the pace and bringing the awareness to the breath. 

All classes start with meditation and end in relaxation. 

VINYASA FLOW YOGA

This class is for you:

“I love to flow in my practice and I want to be challenged with new postures and sequencing.”

Vinyasa Flow takes you on a journey, sequencing poses together in between “Vinyasa Flows” (Chataranga, Updog, Downdog). 

KUNDALINI YOGA

A Kundalini class begins with a short chant followed by a warm-up to stretch the spine and improve flexibility. Each Kundalini Yoga asana series (called kriyas) is done with a specific breathing technique that intensifies the effects of the poses with the purpose of freeing energy in the lower body and allowing it to move upwards.

This rapid results practice aims “to cultivate the creative spiritual potential of a human to uphold values, speak truth, and focus on the compassion and consciousness needed to serve and heal others.”

SOUND HEALING

One hour healing class where you mostly lay down on your back and allow for the healing vibrations to heal your mind-body and spirit. Heading vibrations from gongs, crystal and tibetan bowls and mantras permeate the space.

GENTLE YOGA AND DANCE (SHAKTI DANCE)

Shakti Dance™ is the Yoga of Dance. It’s a type of yoga which incorporates fluent movements to induce a deep state of concentration and calmness. Since the beginning of the class, you have the chance to connect profoundly with yourself in a very natural way. While the rhythm gradually increases, you will feel more grounded, liberated and recharged. 
On the other hand, Shakti Dance™ it is also a type of sacred and ecstatic dance, which will inspire you to deepen your consciousness and the understanding of sacred movements. Shakti Dance™ awakes your body, open your mind and release your spirit.

    Hi, my friend Jessica Matthews recommended you because I am wanting to get back into practicing yoga but am on a tight budget…I have fibromylgia & other ailments that affect my movement & cause fatigue. I will try and come tomorrow if you will be there. Looking forward to meeting you.

    I would like to come to the hot yoga class but there is no way I can get there at 6pm. Is it at all possible I can slip into the class by 6:30?

    Also wanted to say thanks for what you do, there are those of us that use to have more disposable income who love yoga, and are grateful for your method of payment.

    I am interested in starting yoga. I am 29 years old and was diagnosed with breast cancer in August, and I am also currently being treated before my surgery. I think this is just what I need to rejuvenate my body and strengthen myself for what is ahead. I look forward to joining you there for a class.

    Hey I am new to this whole yoga thing. is there anything I need to bring to the classes? I’m also not super flexible… like I can’t even touch my toes with my fingers. Will this keep me from taking the class?

    HI Zeina and Moses. it’s been quite some time since i’ve been trying to get those T shirts for my grandchildren. not sure what the problem is but anyway there has been a change in the colors. my catie size 8 is purple, christopher is size 5 or 5 toddler RED, Michael size 2 toddler blue and last but not least for a newborn blue. i know you’ll do the best you can to accomadate me. if you run into any problems please let me know 954 993 7753.
