If you are new to yoga or if you have been practicing for many years… welcOMe hOMe.

Welcome travelers, we have classes for you too. Bienvenue aux Canadiens, nous parlons français , aussi

ALL of our classes are accessible to ALL levels. However- here are some tips…

If you are BRAND NEW TO YOGA– you may want to start with classes like Gentle Yoga, Restorative Yoga or Slow Flow.  Hot Yoga or Kundalini could be a good idea too…if you are a little bit active in your every day life. Shakti Dance is magical too!

If you are looking for a more challenging practice, try vinyasa flow or hot yoga too.

For relief of physical pain, emotional grief or mental anguish, try one-hour Sound Healing Sessions.
